He is a member of the Africa Regional Training Panel (ARTP) and the Africa Regional Think Tanks for youth development in Africa for the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation. He is also a mentor to the International youth representatives of the International Award Foundation and the focal person for the Commonwealth financial Literacy programme in Ghana. He has advised and worked on a number of Youth Committees both nationally and internationally and represented young people in many international forums and has facilitated international youth forums on impact research, education, youth policy and the environment at number of high level events such as the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) and the Commonwealth Youth Forum in Ghana, Australia, UK, Malaysia, Nigeria, Kenya, Mauritius, and Trinidad and Tobago.
Peter holds an MSc in Environmental Science, a post graduate Diploma in Public Relation from the Institute of Commercial Marketing, UK and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is currently pursuing a post graduate certificate programme in health & safety in the oil and gas industry with the Management Development and Productivity Institute (MDPI).
Patrick Mang is the Managing Director of FACTS International Ghana Limited, a market research company with operations in Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya. Mr. Mang is the international relations director of NYCOB Enterprise Consortium. He is a grassroots researcher who embraced marketing research over 15 years ago as a field supervisor and graduated within the industry to become a quality controller, and occupied many functions in research operations: regional manager of operations, zonal coordinator, country head and general manager.
In the course of his duties, Patrick successfully handled numerous clients' accounts with local and international organisations and has a vast experience working in over 20 African countries across the continent, having travelled to most of its parts to conduct research surveys. He holds and advanced diploma in Marketing and entrepreneurship and is a member of various marketing professional bodies: ESOMAR, NiMRA and PAMRO. He served as the 2013 Junior Chamber International (JCI) Ghana National President and is a New Leader from the CransMontana Forum.
Paul Peter Hammond is the Executive Director of Hero Productions, an environmental media, marketing and ecotourism promotion in Ghana. He is the Founder and President of NYCOB Enterprise Consortium and has been directly involved in the development of many environmental marketing initiatives, and the facilitation of several biodiversity and climate change campaigns, conferences, workshops and trainings. Paul Peter served as the first National Green Officer for Junior Chamber International (JCI) Ghana in 2010 and is a certified SWITCH Africa Green-SEED Trainer in Eco-Enterprise Development.
He has 10 year working experience in the biodiversity sector and a pioneer of Ghana biodiversity business and offset market development. He has worked directly with different local and international organizations in towards addressing biodiversity loss and climate change in the country. Such institutions including the Forestry Commission Ghana, Environmental Protection Agency, Ghana National Biodiversity Committee, United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Kenya, IUCN Countdown 2010 Initiative, Convention on Biodiversity (CBD). Paul Peter holds a degree in Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), where he did his academic thesis on green marketing and branding. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Programme in Environmental Science Management and Policy at the Institute of Local Government Studies in Accra.
